Insurance Billing

In order for your lab tests to be billed to your health insurance, please obtain a lab order from your ordering provider and have it sent Cpt@xpsnova.com or faxed to ATTN: XPS NOVA F: 703-327-8647. Once received, we will enter your insurance information for billing purposes.

Insurance does NOT cover the service fee.

Failure to obtain and submit a lab order may result in a rescheduled appointment or full self-pay pricing for lab testing.

Please note that insurance information cannot be changed or added once the samples have been sent to the processing laboratory.
